At Your Priority 1 Business Services, we work with Form 3 students to help them develop clarity and increased success with an important aspect of their life – choosing subjects for Form 4. We help them find careers that match their personality and strengths. We offer one-on-one coaching as well as group coaching, in order to help them narrow down their list of careers. 
 
Below are the simple steps that we use in this process of helping Form 3 students discover their ideal Form 4 subjects.   
 
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS 
 
STEP 1: The student completes the online Psychometric Assessment VoSCA-F3 from any computer or tablet with internet access. On completion, our Assessment Centre will automatically generate a 45-page PDF report which will consist of a list of 10 to 20 careers that fit the student’s career interests, intelligence types, work styles and values. Each of the recommended careers will show the required Form 4 subjects, which should be taken in order to achieve the student’s chosen career(s) in the future. That means better focus for their CXC exams! 
 
STEP 2: The student then participates in one or two Career Coaching sessions Career and Life Coach where they can discuss the results of the VoSCA-F3 report, narrow down their choice of careers which they would like to work towards. The report shows them the required Form 4 subjects for those careers, which they transfer to a worksheet. This allows them to get a more accurate list of their Form 4 subjects.
